Soccer tipster Copenhagen`s shares jumped sharply

soccer winner tips Shareholders of FC Copenhagen have jumped sharply today after their main shareholder in Parken Sport and Entertaining Company has confirmed media publications of investment interest.

Largest investor in the Parken Sport-Pension fund, LD Fund, told Reuters that he is in talks with Redstone Advisors Partners about the possible sale of 29 percent of the company`s assets.

For the time being, we have not signed any agreement. We still do not know what will happen. The ball is in the box of the court that has to decide, LD Fund Executive Director Dorit Wanglow told Reuters. They are interested not only in our shares, but also in the purchase of all shares and other shareholders in the Parken Sport consortium, she added.

Danish online magazine Insight Business earlier today announced that foreign investors can bid for the takeover this week for the entire company and it is valued at DKK 1, 27 billion ($ 195 million). Investors, albeit English - behind the American Fund Fortress Investment Group, are currently at 105-120 kronor ($ 16, 1-18, 4) a share.

Insid Business refers to sources that are aware of the negotiations around the deal. Wes Edens, co-founder of Forrestas, bought earlier in June 2018 a part of the team of the Championship-Aston Villa, along with Egyptian billionaire Nassef Saviris. Dorothy Vegul said that from the very beginning, the LF Fund managed by him was in contact with Redstone Advisors, but not with the Americans behind them.
